The Hillsboro Club Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable, HR, and Payroll Admin to support the Finance and Human Resources Department at our South Florida property. The role covers day-to-day accounting and HR duties with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years accounts payable experience or equivalent.
• Proficient Windows PC skills.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and file invoices; prepare checks for payment.
• Post invoices, verify coding, and approve for payment.
• Prepare weekly purchasing and cash flow reports.
• Manage payroll records and payroll tax filings.
• Coordinate HR forms, benefits deductions, and new hire paperwork.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records.
