Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for month-end close.
• Analyze financial transactions and investigate variances for accurate reporting.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close responsibilities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly management reporting packages and analyses.
• Prepare schedules and reports for internal and external reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and SOX documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and special projects.
• Support internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Participate in process improvements to strengthen accounting controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
