Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries as part of the month-end close process.
• Analyze transactions and investigate variances for accurate reporting.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close responsibilities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve variances within deadlines.
• Support monthly management reporting packages and financial analyses.
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal control documentation.
