Job summary

Greystone Golf & Country Club seeks a Staff Accountant to support the accounting function for the club and two HOAs. The role includes general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, solid GAAP knowledge, and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel and ERP experience. This is an on-site, full-time position with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• 2+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERPs and accounting software.
• PC troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Complete month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and HOA board packages.
• Assist with budgets, audits, and tax filings coordination.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes.
