Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting for multiple HOAs. Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, or HOA/Property Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, financial statement preparation, and account analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting for multiple HOAs, including financial statement preparation, month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, budgeting, audit support, and financial reporting.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve accounting queries, drives process improvements and internal controls, and performs financial cleanup activities to ensure accurate and reliable financial records.
