Job summary

Timberlake Country Club is seeking a Staff Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, prepare statements, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will perform data entry, account reconciliation, and analysis in a collaborative environment, supporting corporate and governmental accounting tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and GL to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain orderly financial filing and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist month-end and year-end close and generate financial reports.
• Process vendor invoices and AP checks as back-up.
• Prepare annual tax reporting and license filings.
