Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Niles, IL is seeking a finance professional to manage daily accounting tasks and support month-end processes. This full-time role starts May/June 2027 and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include reconciling cash to bank, preparing schedules, maintaining fixed assets, and supporting A/R, A/P, and intercompany activities. A Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years experience is required, with a CPA or Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience; or HS with 5–7+ years in related field.
• Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.

• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits.
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions.
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges.
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
