Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Illinois is seeking a finance professional to join our team as a finance/accounting specialist. The role emphasizes cash reconciliation, month-end schedules, and fixed assets maintenance.
You will manage A/R, A/P, settlements, and cash processes, prepare intercompany charges, and support balance sheet and year-end audits. A Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or HS diploma with 5–7+ years) is required; Master’s or CPA is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:
Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
