Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Illinois is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure compliant delivery of HR processes and policies. You will collaborate across HR functions to support workforce planning and staffing across the site.

• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related HR experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, and Labor teams as applicable.
• Ensure assigned location complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Evaluate HR issues and deliver strategic responses; partner on workforce plans and staffing needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies and hiring events when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $104,544 - $130,680 plus annual target bonus
• Travel: Up to 25%

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure the delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions i.e., Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responsesPartner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and/or staffing needs and support
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
