Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior finance professional to own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for C&S Finance. You will lead the monthly close and partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and manage risks.

You will design and automate financial reporting, advance insights by building Power BI dashboards, and drive data integration and automation across sources. You'll educate Customer teams on financial data and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with substantial leadership experience or GED with extensive leadership history.
• Proven ability to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and data automation.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and planning for C&S Finance, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range outlooks.
• Own monthly close for C&S Finance, partnering with Accounting to ensure accuracy and manage risks.
• Oversee Deals and RTM financial activities; design, create, and automate new reporting/analysis.
• Lead Power BI dashboard design and data integration improvements with automation.
• Educate Customer teams to improve understanding of financial data.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $133,920 - $167,400 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Own the forecasting and planning process for C&S Finance, inclusive of annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-range outlooks
• Own the monthly close process for C&S Finance, inclusive of partnering with Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of statements and appropriate management of risks
• Oversee all Deals and other RTM financial activitiesDesign, create, and automate new financial reporting and analysis
• Advance financial insights and technology by leading the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, improving data integration across sources, and leveraging automation to increase speed, accuracy, and insight quality
• Educate the Customer teams to improve their understanding and appreciation of financial data
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 plus years of related experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 12 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
