Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in the United States (Illinois/Niles) is seeking a finance professional to manage cash reconciliation, month-end reporting, and fixed assets oversight. You will handle A/R, A/P, settlements, and intercompany charges, with exposure to audits and year-end processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years) and prefers a CPA or Masters degree. Travel and occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5–7+ years in finance.
• Experience with month-end schedules, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements daily.
• Prepare month-end financial schedules and reports.
• Maintain Fixed Assets records including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Understand and complete A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions.
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and intercompany charges reconciliation.
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit.
• Support with a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings and travel as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
