Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks an experienced HR leader to guide decisions and ensure delivery of HR processes across assigned locations. You will work cross-functionally with compensation, compliance, capabilities, leaves, legal, talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, and labor teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive related experience and leadership background; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure the delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions i.e., Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable.
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment.
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses.
• Partner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and/or staffing needs and support.
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $104,544 - $130,680 plus annual target bonus
• Travel: Up to 25%
