Base pay range

$78,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Handle invoicing, receiving payments, and maintaining accurate billing records for two real estate properties, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Oversee banking activities, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Staff Accountant with a focus on full-cycle GL accounting.
• Experience in invoicing and receiving payments.
• Proven experience in banking and treasury functions.
• Ability to manage billing for two real estate properties.

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
