Dura-Line, an Orbia Business & a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Staff Accountant to join our finance department. This is a remote position with the ability to work from your home office. We seek a passionate individual to process key financial transactions accurately, perform routine reconciliations, analyze, and explain results. Responsibilities include leading month-end closing activities, fixed assets and depreciation reporting, A/R customer portal updates, intercompany transactions, and more. The Jr. Staff Accountant will drive process improvements, lead projects, implement new policies, and develop strong relationships in a fast-paced remote environment. This position is essential for driving process improvements and supporting internal and external audits. It offers a great opportunity to develop leadership skills through process management, policy implementation, and project involvement.

What is needed to be successful in this position?

• One of the following educational degrees & experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience
• Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

Multiskilled background with experience leading closing processes such as accruals, account analysis, month-end closing, fixed asset reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

Strong analytical skills for researching and correcting account issues

Excellent computer skills in Excel and experience with SAP or similar Tier 1 ERP systems

Strong process management, interpersonal, and communication skills

Basic understanding of GAAP or IFRS standards

Compensation ranges from $66,000 to $107,000, based on experience, location, and other factors. The package may include incentives and comprehensive benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
