Dura-Line, an Orbia business, a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This remote position involves processing financial transactions, routine reconciliations, analyzing, and explaining results. Responsibilities include month-end closing, fixed assets and depreciation reporting, A/R updates, and intercompany transactions. The role emphasizes process improvements, project leadership, policy implementation, and building strong relationships in a remote setting. Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor’s degree with ≥1 year experience OR
• Associate’s degree with ≥3 years experience OR
• 5+ years relevant experience covering accounting responsibilities

Must have experience with closing processes, account analysis, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP are required. Fundamental knowledge of GAAP or IFRS is essential.
