Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position: Senior Staff Accountant - SaaS Company Experience a Plus

$90-110K Base + 10% Bonus + Stock Options

Ideal Candidate Location: Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey to enable in-person meetings with your mentor (The VP, Controller) a few times per year.

This thriving SaaS company has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years, including a successful large Series B funding round completed in Q3 of 2024.

The organization maintains a strong primary VC relationship and has substantial capital for growth through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.

The CEO has led four successful acquisitions, with the accounting operations seamlessly integrated.

The Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with a highly reputable VP, Controller, who has a background in a Top-10 CPA Firm, experience in-house with a PE/VC firm, and SaaS/Tech deal experience in a specialty finance firm. You will have a fantastic mentor to support your growth.

You will also interact significantly with the Corporate Development team and contribute to financial due diligence as you grow into the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Accounting Experience (Top 10 CPA Firm or SaaS Company)
• Strong Excel Skills
• CPA Track is a Plus
• SaaS Experience is a Plus but a strong interest in the industry is sufficient
