Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Suites Supervisor at Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena to oversee daily operations in suites and ensure top-tier service during major events. This role requires night, weekend, and holiday availability with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in hospitality and a ServSafe Alcohol Certification is preferred. Levy offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team.
• Ensure all areas are fully set, stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times.
• Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Take charge of inventory management, minimizing waste while maintaining product quality and value.
• Oversee marketing materials, ensuring signage is current and engaging to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service.
• Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Lead the team before, during, and after events providing training, coaching, and retraining as needed.
• Act as Person In Charge to run events independently.
• Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
