Job summary

Levy Sector within Compass Group USA is seeking a Suites Supervisor for Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena. This role oversees daily operations for suites, ensuring top-tier service during major events and requiring night/weekend work.

Start date anticipated in August with opportunities for growth. Lead the team in food and beverage operations, master menus and pricing, and maintain safety and service standards while building client relationships and delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service, thriving in high-energy environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members.
• Valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after events for smooth service.
• Be the expert on menus, offerings, packaging, and pricing, and relay to the team.
• Ensure areas are fully set, stocked, and prepped for high readiness.
• Foster a culture of outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Oversee inventory management, minimize waste, and maintain product quality and value.
• Train, coach, and retrain staff; act as Person In Charge to run events.
