Job summary

Compass Group USA, Levy-led at Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena, seeks a Suites Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations during major events, including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred, and the ability to train and lead staff as Person InCharge while ensuring excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments.
• Passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after events.
• Be the expert on menus, offerings, packaging, and pricing for your team.
• Ensure areas are stocked and prepped, maintaining high readiness.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee inventory management and minimize waste while preserving quality.
• Manage marketing materials and engaging signage for guests.
• Enforce health and safety regulations for staff and guests.
• Build relationships with clients and Levy team; seek feedback.
• Verify opening/closing inventories and accuracy.
• Train and coach staff; act as PersonInCharge for events.

Summary

This position will oversee daily operations in Suites and ensure the highest levels of service are met during major events. You will be expected to work nights, weekends, and around holidays. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail. Levy offers a collaborative, energetic work environment with plenty of room for growth! Anticipated start date in July.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team.
• Ensure all areas are fully set,stockedand prepped for seamless operations,maintaininga high standard of readiness at all times.
• Foster andmaintaina culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Take charge of inventory management, minimizing waste whilemaintainingproduct quality and value.
• Oversee marketing materials, ensuring signage is current and engaging to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, tomaintaina safe environment for staff and guests.
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service.
• Verify and manage opening and closing inventories,ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Lead the team before, during, and after events providing training, coaching, and retraining as needed.
• Act as PersonInCharge to run events independently.
• Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
• Performadditionalduties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments.
• ABachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Managementis a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service — you thrive in high-energy environments and love creating memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.
• ValidServSafeAlcohol Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsand work in a fast-paced setting.
