Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• You thrive in high-energy settings and create memorable guest moments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage guests.
• Willingness to obtain a Responsible Alcohol ServSafe & Food Handler's ServSafe.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after events.
• Serve as the go-to expert on menus, offerings, pricing, and packaging.
• Maintain operational readiness with well-stocked, prepped areas.
• Champion a guest-first culture with professional, warm service.
• Oversee inventory, minimize waste, ensure value and consistency.
• Oversee marketing and signage to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Levy, Federal, and State health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with guests, clients, and team members, seek feedback.
• Verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
• Uphold company policies and guidelines.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
• Take on additional tasks to support smooth operations.
