Job summary

Levy at UW-Madison is seeking a Clubs & Bars Supervisor to lead daily food & beverage operations at Camp Randall Stadium, Kohl Center Arena, and University Ridge Golf Course. You will guide a service team, ensuring high-quality guest experiences during events and in fast-paced settings.

The role requires 1+ year of leadership in hospitality, a passion for guest service, and strong communication skills. You will oversee menus, inventory, and safety standards while supporting growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage or retail.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage with guests.
• Willingness to obtain a Responsible Alcohol ServSafe and Food Handler's ServSafe.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food & beverage operations before, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
• Serve as the go-to expert on menus, product offerings, pricing, and packaging, communicating updates clearly to your team.
• Maintain full operational readiness, ensuring all areas are well-stocked, prepped, and organized.
• Champion a guest-first culture, resolving concerns with professionalism and a warm approach.
• Manage inventory and product quality, minimizing waste while maintaining value and consistency.
• Oversee and update marketing and signage to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with Levy, Federal, and State health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Build relationships with guests, clients, and team members, seeking feedback to elevate service.
• Verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
• Uphold company policies and guidelines.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
• Take on additional tasks to support smooth operations.
