Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of State Farm Stadium’s facilities in Glendale, AZ. You will lead maintenance technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety compliance while driving energy efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, BAS experience, and a proven track record in large-scale facilities management within hospitality or public venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in large facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Facility Maintenance Technicians and Building Engineers.
• Direct operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC, chillers, boilers, electrical and plumbing systems, BAS, and related infrastructure.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and risks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment reliability.
• Support capital improvement projects and annual operating budgets; manage procurement and inventory.
