Under the General Manager, you will hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and drive service excellence across all teams.

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in arena management required; willingness to work nights and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arena, events, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ industry experience with at least three in arena/stadium management.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, schedule, train, and discipline staff across departments.
• Develop and manage annual and five-year capital budgets.
• Review event production documents and coordinate with department heads.
• Negotiate contracts with promoters, agents, and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and corporate policies.
• Foster strong customer service and professional image.
• Prepare and review operating reports and sales data.
• Oversee long-range plans and program objectives.
• Extend and manage budgets and purchases.
