Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee State Farm Stadium’s daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of facility systems. This leadership role ensures safe, efficient operation of HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure, while guiding a team of technicians and coordinating with vendors.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, safety compliance, and process improvement to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for guests, partners, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, public assembly, or large-scale facility maintenance operations.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience operating and managing Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Facility Maintenance Technicians and Building Engineers, fostering accountability and safety.
• Manage operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all facility systems including BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and capital projects.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for reliability and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and capital improvement planning.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Support energy management and sustainability initiatives.
