Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Vice President of Facility Operations to lead Allegiant Stadium's facility operations, engineering, maintenance, production, and conversions. This executive ensures the stadium remains operationally ready, safe, compliant, and financially efficient for NFL games, concerts, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams in live events or facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices for public facilities.
• Solid accounting and financial skills; ability to manage budgets and capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual Facility Operations budget including labor, utilities, contracts, and capital expenditures.
• Lead and oversee all facility operations, ensuring systems and event infrastructure are ready 365 days a year.
• Monitor work order performance and address critical facility issues within SLAs.
• Direct a senior leadership team and set annual performance goals and reviews.
• Oversee preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and staging systems.
• Develop a five-year capital replacement strategy and oversee capital projects from vendor selection to closeout.
• Coordinate with Finance, Booking, Events, Security, and Guest Experience for operational planning.
• Prepare monthly operational updates, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations for top management.
