Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Training & Culture Specialist for State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. You will design, deliver, and evaluate programs that build leadership capability, improve guest experience, and strengthen organizational culture.

You will lead initiatives such as Top Flight, Secret Shopper, and community engagement, partnering with leaders and clients to align training with business goals, measure impact, and promote employee growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years in training, engagement, or HR in hospitality or events.
• Experience designing and evaluating training programs.
• Experience leading engagement and mentorship initiatives.
• Familiarity with LMS and survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with goals.
• Lead the Top Flight and Secret Shopper programs.
