Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Concessions Concourse Supervisor in Foxborough, MA. You will oversee food and alcohol service across multiple outlets, ensuring safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction during events at the stadium.

You will lead staff, train team members on POS and foodservice operations, and coordinate inventory with warehouse to prevent shortages while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets during events.
• Must obtain Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service of food and alcohol across up to 10 outlets.
• Supervise Concessions Supervisors and staff.
• Engage guests to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with Warehouse for timely stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures.
