The Kraft Group is seeking a Part Time Dining Room Attendant at NPS - Foxborough, MA. You will set up, service guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area during high-volume events and football games.

Responsibilities include preparing the dining room, serving guests, following FIFO, coordinating with staff, and protecting guest confidentiality. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to event schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Dining Room for meal service and follow FIFO handling of equipment and food.
• Provide efficient, first-class service and maintain dining room during service.
• Meet service standards for cleaning, stocking, and inventory.
• Break down the Dining Room after meals and store items properly, FIFO kept.
• Report supply needs to supervisors and management.
• Deliver food and service equipment to the Dining Room as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of dining operations and guest information.
