Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and responsible service of food and alcohol at multiple outlets within the stadium.
• Ensure adherence to Alcohol Service, Food Safety, and Kraft Group policies.
• Manage inventories with warehouse staff to prevent stockouts and overages.
• Train staff on basic foodservice operations and point of sale procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all assigned locations and equipment.
• Work nights and weekends on event-by-event basis and support special projects.
