Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee customer service at Gillette Stadium's food and beverage concourses on event days. You will supervise staff across Beer Portables, Markets, and stands, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with alcohol-service policies.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, facilitating safe alcohol service, food safety standards, staff coaching, and inventory-controlled closing of locations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff during events.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a noisy, fast-paced setting.
• Clear verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in foodservice environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
