Job summary

The Kraft Group, overseeing concessions at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, is seeking a Concessions Concourse Supervisor for part-time work. You will supervise multiple outlets, ensure alcohol service and food safety adherence, and lead Concessions Supervisors in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Responsibilities include guest engagement, inventory management, event-day operations, and staff training, with nights and weekends required on event days. Serve Safe certification is required.

Qualifications

• Foodservice experience preferred but not required.

• Must pass the Team certification course.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and responsible service of food and alcohol within a section of the stadium.
• Oversee Concessions Supervisors.
• Engage with guests to ensure excellent experience at Gillette Stadium.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with Warehouse for timely restocking.
• Adhere to schedule on non-event days for location readiness (ordering, cleanliness, organization).
• Own all aspects of assigned section including setup and breakdown post-events.
• Monitor food production to minimize spoilage while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization according to procedures.
• Train staff on basic foodservice operations and POS procedures.
• Work nights and weekends on event-by-event basis.
