Job summary

Visa is seeking a CMS Stablecoin Product Strategy & GTM Manager to shape and scale its stablecoin business. You will work across Product, Sales, Regions, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and other teams to translate opportunities into strategic priorities and scalable plans.

The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with emphasis on market opportunities, client propositions, and collaboration across priority markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced Degree or 0 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute stablecoin strategy and product portfolio priorities.
• Identify and evaluate new product, use case and market opportunities.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments and portfolio decisions.
• Shape product and GTM strategies, including value propositions and market approaches.
• Support market expansion, considering regulatory, ecosystem, and partner factors.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Regions and other functions to launch and scale stablecoin products.
• Monitor trends and competitors in stablecoins, payments, and digital assets.
• Support portfolio planning, OKRs, and executive-level analyses.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects across products and markets.
