Job summary

Visa is expanding its Stablecoin and tokenized money infrastructure to deliver scalable onchain payments solutions. The Senior Manager, Product Operations will own the Open USD and CMS stablecoin operating rhythm, drive automated reporting, workflows, and scheduling, and coordinate across product, compliance, risk, tech, treasury and client teams.

This role demands hands-on leadership, strong judgment, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level operational leadership experience in fintech/payments environments.
• Strong background in workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience coordinating across product, compliance, risk, operations, data, technology, and treasury teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operating model for Open USD and CMS stablecoin use cases.
• Design, implement, and continually improve automation for monitoring, alerts, workflow routing, data validation, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate manual work, strengthen controls, and improve service levels.
• Build and govern dashboards, scorecards, and reporting pipelines for stability and usage metrics.
• Deliver decision-ready daily visibility to senior stakeholders.
