Job summary

Visa Global Services Inc. (VGSI) seeks a Program Manager for Visa's Stablecoin Compliance team to scale the compliance operating model supporting Visa Stablecoin Platform (VSP) and other digital asset initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (or 0 with PhD).
• 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, compliance, risk management, or other regulated financial services environments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or operational transformations.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities related to Visa's stablecoin initiatives, including OpenUSD and VSP.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance forums, reporting cadences, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate activities across Compliance, Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Crypto, and Commercialization stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, investigations, and related compliance activities.
