Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and executive communications.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance forums, reporting cadences, and escalation processes for stablecoin initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, KYB/KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring processes.
• Develop scalable compliance operating procedures and governance materials.
