Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Risk & Security focused on Stablecoin Risk. You will partner with crypto and compliance teams to define strategic risk solutions for on-chain payments and digital money, leveraging cross-functional collaboration across technology, data science, and market teams.

The role requires strong product leadership, a deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems, and the ability to translate market, regulatory, and technical trends into scalable risk solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
• Product management experience in payments, fintech, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including tokenization and checkout flows.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk & Security product for Stablecoin Risk & Compliance as the primary RAS product partner to Visa's teams, defining statements, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Maintain a customer-centric view of risk with deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystem participants and payment flows.
• Drive cross-functional solutioning and product execution across fraud, identity, authentication, and data/AI teams from discovery to launch.
• Develop clear product narratives and positioning for Visa's risk and trust solutions in stablecoins and on-chain payments.
