Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and teams to advance our AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide.

You will lead small teams, guide strategic milestones, and influence executives while solving complex challenges and delivering measurable growth for Humana. Travel may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
