Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide the Site Reliability Engineering transformation through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance the AIOps strategy and scale automation across the enterprise.

This hands-on leader will drive strategic milestones, mentor small teams, and interact with Humana leadership to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead design-to-production efforts for site reliability engineering initiatives.
• Drive AI-powered operations and automation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Present metrics and dashboards to executives to show progress and impact.
