Qualifications
- BA/BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years SRE or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with observability and logging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Dig deep into code, networking, OS, or storage to solve issues.
- Develop automation and monitoring to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to 24x7 SRE rotations and escalation workflows.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to meet operational requirements.
- Improve processes to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
