Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE/DevOps roles.
• 2+ years in people management.
• 2+ years leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally diverse team of SREs, driving operations and incident response.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for provisioning, monitoring, and alerting.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement reliability-focused features.
• Improve observability and logging for troubleshooting.
• Follow IT security policies and compliance requirements.
