Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead reliability, scalability and operability for a key product domain. You will translate priorities into measurable outcomes, develop talent, and partner across Product, Software, Platform and Security teams.

You will set SLOs, drive automation and capacity planning, and maintain hands-on coding to guide engineers in delivering highly available services at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SRE/production engineering teams.
• Proven ability to translate reliability targets into measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in observability, automation and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE function for the assigned domain and ensure reliability.
• Establish SLIs/SLOs and drive capacity planning.
• Champion automation and secure, well-reviewed engineering practices.
• Maintain hands-on coding depth to contribute where needed.
• Drive blameless post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
