Qualifications

• 15+ years in software or SRE fields.
• Experience with distributed systems and production troubleshooting.
• Public cloud expertise, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Experience with observability and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Improve service reliability through automation and IaC.
• Define and measure SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Enhance observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with software teams to embed reliability across lifecycles.
• Drive CI/CD and deployment improvements.
