Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer in a hybrid role across major U.S. cities. You will apply software and systems engineering to enhance reliability, observability, and performance of critical production services.

You will collaborate with Software Engineering and other tech teams to embed reliability practices throughout the lifecycle and lead technical direction for a major portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/SRE, systems engineering, or related field.
• Experience with software engineering principles, distributed systems, and observability.
• Public cloud technologies, preferably AWS, plus Linux/Unix knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, observability, and operational health of production services.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive incident response and recovery.
• Lead cross-team efforts to implement scalable, automated solutions.
