Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a System Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, observability, and continuous improvement of our compliance automation ecosystem.

You will ensure platforms remain highly available, secure, and audit-ready, enabling critical compliance processes to operate at scale across the enterprise. You will work with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph APIs, and AI-powered automation to design and maintain automation workflows, monitor performance, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments preferred
• Proficiency in one or more languages: C, C#, Java, Perl, Python, Go or Shell/Perl scripting
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CloudBees) and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet); Docker/Kubernetes experience preferable
• Experience in cloud environments and cloud migration is preferable
• Knowledge of API and AI-enabled automation and observability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Utilizes DevOps-centric automation tools for CICD, configuration management for non-prod and production environments
• Performs environment management and automated server provisioning (VMs), pipeline configuration
• Delivers software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services
• Creates and uses dashboards for monitoring and health checks of applications and infrastructure
• Contributes to future improvement of software delivery processes and operations, including cloud enablement and microservices with containerization
• Maintains and improves reliability and uptime of compliance automation workflows (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure storage)
• Builds and maintains observability for AI agent workflows and SLA compliance
