Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a System Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on protecting and improving the reliability of T-Mobile's IT services, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native apps.

You will drive automation, observability, and secure, auditable operations across enterprise systems. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4+ years in Agile/DevOps, with strong scripting and cloud experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2-4+ years relevant experience.
Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Experience in programming languages (C, C#, Java, Python, or Go).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CloudBees) and automation tools.
Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet); Docker and Kubernetes preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize DevOps-centric automation tools for CICD and configuration management in non-prod and prod.
Perform environment management and automated server provisioning (VMs).
Deliver software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services.
Create and use dashboards for monitoring and health checks of apps and infrastructure.
Contribute to cloud enablement and microservices with containerization.
Maintain reliability and uptime of compliance automation workflows including Power Apps and Azure pipelines.
Build observability for AI agent workflows and monitor SLA compliance.
