Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Systems Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability strategy for a rapidly growing compliance automation platform, guiding SREs and collaborating with engineers, compliance teams, and AI solutions.

You will own observability, scalability, and incident response across cloud-native services, drive automation-first practices, and mentor engineers to strengthen audit readiness and operational maturity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in related roles.
Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience.
Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Experience with Python or a similar language and scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/CloudBees) and automation tools.
Docker, Kubernetes experience preferred.
Experience with AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring and logging.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability strategy for a growing compliance automation platform.
Guide and mentor SREs, collaborating with engineers, compliance, security, and AI solutions.
Own reliability, observability, scalability, and incident response across cloud-native services.
Drive automation-first practices and improve resilience and performance.
Architect modular automation frameworks enabling scalability across control types and domains.

Contribute to software delivery improvements including cloud enablement and microservices.
