Job summary
T-Mobile seeks a System Reliability Engineer (SRE) to protect and optimize the software and systems behind all IT services, from CI/CD pipelines to cloud-native applications. You’ll own reliability, observability, performance, security, and capacity to deliver faster, safer software.
You’ll join the Compliance Campaign Management team, building automation with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Graph APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2–4+ years in DevOps/ISAM
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation
- Cloud environments and containerization experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
Responsibilities
- Utilizes emerging DevOps automation tools for CICD and config management.
- Performs environment management and automated server provisioning.
- Delivers software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services.
- Creates dashboards for monitoring and health checks of applications and infrastructure.
- Contributes to future improvements in software delivery and cloud enablement.
- Maintains reliability of compliance automation workflows (Power Apps/Power Automate, Azure pipelines).
- Builds and maintains observability for AI agent workflows and SLOs.
