Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a System Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen the reliability, observability, and automation of our compliance platforms. You will own automation ecosystems, keep critical workflows highly available, and improve AI-enabled governance across enterprise services.

Ideal candidates have a background in DevOps, cloud platforms, and scripting with a passion for scalable, secure, and auditable systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (C, C#, Java, Perl, Python, Go) and scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CloudBees) and automation tooling.
• Experience with cloud environments (public/private) and cloud native migrations.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes DevOps automation tools for CICD, configuration management, and monitoring across non-prod and production.
• Performs environment management and automated server provisioning.
• Delivers software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services.
• Creates dashboards for continuous monitoring and health checks of apps and infrastructure.
• Maintains observability for AI agent workflows and ensures security and audit readiness.
