T-Mobile is seeking a System Reliability Engineer to enhance and protect the software and systems behind all IT services. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure high availability, and drive automation across cloud-native platforms to improve customer experience and enable faster product delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4+ years relevant experience ideally in an Agile/DevOps setting.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, Perl) and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (public/private) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logs).
• Familiarity with identity governance platforms and Microsoft Graph APIs.

Responsibilities

• Leads DevOps‑driven automation for CICD and configuration management across non-prod and production environments.
• Performs environment management, automated server provisioning (VMs), pipeline configuration.
• Delivers software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile’s services.
• Creates, manages, and uses dashboards for continuous monitoring and health checks of applications and infrastructure.
• Contributes to cloud enablement and microservices with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Maintains and improves reliability and uptime of compliance automation workflows (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure storage pipelines, AI integrations).
• Builds observability for AI agent workflows and auditability, supporting governance and SOX/PCI/CPNI controls.
