Job summary

Tricon Solutions is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to join our team and drive US IT staffing for direct clients and vendors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top IT talent, and coordinate interviews across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 5–9 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, strong knowledge of W2/C2C hiring, and familiarity with US work authorizations. This is a 100% remote role based in India with potential for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Strong expertise in W2, C2C, and direct-client hiring.
• Understand US work authorization categories including H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card, USC, OPT, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle W2 and C2C hiring for direct clients and vendors.
• Source IT talent across Software Dev, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Eng.
• Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Build strong candidate relationships and coordinate interviews, feedback, offers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
• Ensure recruitment documentation aligns with US employment and compliance requirements.

Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: India (100% Remote)
Experience: 5-9 Years
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding.
• Handle W2 and C2C hiring for direct clients and third-party vendors.
• Source top IT talent across Software Development, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and other technology domains.
• Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Build strong candidate relationships and manage interview coordination, feedback, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
• Ensure recruitment documentation and processes align with applicable US employment and company compliance requirements.

What Were Looking For:-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
  Strong expertise in W2, C2C, and direct-client hiring.
• Good understanding of US work authorization categories, including H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card, USC, OPT, and CPT.
• Familiarity with US employment classifications and tax terms, including W-2, 1099, and C2C.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
  Ability to work effectively across US time zones.
